Jen Day Hypnobirthing Midwife & Reflexologist

Jen is an AOR registered reflexologist, specialising in fertility and pregnancy. Alongside her role as an NHS midwife she also teaches hypnobirthing, breathwork and Yoga. She has a treatment room in Leckhampton where she provides a tranquil space for relaxation. Treatments include reflexology, tailored to your needs; including aromatherapy foot massage, fertility and pregnancy tailored reflexology. Jen also offers a third trimester package including reflexology, rebozo massage and biomechanics for birth and a hypnobirthing and relaxation session, and a more in depth hypnobirthing workshop.
